Qualifications

• Experience in industrial construction supervision in petrochemical, power, or cement plants.
• Ten or more years supervisory experience in industrial construction.
• Strong scheduling and cost control understanding.

Responsibilities

• Supervise craft activities and field personnel to meet safety, quality and schedule targets.
• Ensure compliance with specifications and budget; coordinate with Project Manager and QA/QC.
• Track project schedule and cost reports; plan crews and equipment accordingly.
• Lead safety meetings and coordinate with engineers, inspectors, and client.
• Ambassador for Traylor Industrial Construction with clients and partners.
