Job summary

PDS Tech Commercial is seeking an IPDT Leader to drive program execution in Wichita, KS. You will lead cross-functional teams across engineering, operations, finance, and suppliers to deliver defense aviation programs from concept to customer delivery.

The role requires 8+ years in aerospace/defense, strong leadership, and expertise in EVM-related governance, budgeting, and risk management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant Engineering discipline (Aerospace, Mechanical, Electrical or related) required.
• 8+ years of experience in aerospace/defense, program management, and technical leadership.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing budgets, forecasts, and governance.
• Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead all phases of development programs from concept through customer delivery.
• Drive program scheduling, planning, governance, and execution across engineering, operations and finance.
• Align technical, operational, financial, supplier, and customer objectives for defense programs.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and ensure on-time, on-budget performance.
