You will prepare and edit documents, handle court filings and e-filing, assist with client inquiries and billing, coordinate travel, and maintain orderly electronic and physical files to ensure smooth, confidential operations.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting senior attorneys in a law firm environment.
• Excellent client service and communication.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Proficiency with legal document preparation and filings.
• Respect for confidentiality and firm policies.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and edit legal documents and correspondence.
• Create and edit charts, spreadsheets, and PowerPoint presentations.
• Manage client inquiries and billing-related requests.
• Coordinate court filings and e-file submissions.
• Support trial and hearing preparation.
• Handle new matter intake and conflict checks.
• Maintain organized electronic and physical file systems.
• Enter daily time records and assist with client invoices.
