Qualifications

• Experience with opposition and cancellation proceedings before the United States Patent and Trademark Office
• Exceptional writing and communication skills
• Must be bar admitted in New York and federal courts in New York
• Must have New York State court experience
• First-chair experience is a plus

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of IP litigators in federal court matters, including taking the lead in depositions, trial preparation, and assisting in trying the case.
• Prepare clearance opinions, prosecute trademark and copyright applications
• Prepare coexistence and license agreements
