Job summary

The New York office of Norris McLaughlin, P.A. seeks a partner-level IP litigation attorney with 15+ years of experience in commercial and IP litigation, especially trademark matters. The role focuses on leading trials and contributing to a strong IP team.

Salary Range: $240,000.00 To $280,000.00 Annually

About the Role

The New York office of Norris McLaughlin P.A. has an openingfor a partner-level IP litigation attorney with 15+ years ofexperience in commercial litigation and IP litigation matters, particularly trademark litigation.We are looking for someone who can take a lead role in trying a case andwork both independently and as part of our strong intellectual property team.

• Prepare clearance opinions, prosecute trademark and copyright applications
• Prepare coexistence and license agreements
