You will handle all aspects of commercial litigation, draft pleadings, manage discovery, take depositions, and appear in state and federal courts in New Jersey, with a robust benefits package and professional growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Superior academic credentials.
• Excellent researching skills.
• Exceptional writing and communication skills.
• Must be bar admitted in New Jersey.
• Must have New Jersey State court experience.

Responsibilities

• Handling all aspects of commercial litigation, drafting pleadings and motions, preparing discovery and handling discovery disputes, taking and defending depositions, court appearances, day to day case management and client management.
• Appear before state and federal courts of New Jersey and arbitrations.
