Salary Range: $145,000.00 To $175,000.00 Annually

The New Jersey office of Norris McLaughlin, P.A., has an opening for a bright, energetic, and hard-working litigation associate. The candidates should have 5-7 years’ experience in complex commercial litigation. The position provides the opportunity to work both independently and as part of our strong litigationteam.

Responsibilities

• Handlingallaspectsofcommerciallitigation,draftingpleadingsandmotions,preparingdiscoveryandhandlingdiscoverydisputes,takinganddefendingdepositions,courtappearances,daytodaycasemanagementandclientmanagement.
• Appear before state and federal courts of New Jersey and arbitrations.
