Key duties include managing patent litigation discovery, coordinating e-discovery, preparing for depositions and trials, drafting motions, and mentoring junior paralegals; strong communication and Excel skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years IP Litigation experience including ITC337 matters.
• Proficiency with litigation software and review platforms.
• Experience with USPTO inter partes review and re-examination.
• CM/ECF filing proficiency.
• Willingness to work overtime, occasionally on short notice.

Responsibilities

• Provide case management for patent litigation in federal courts, ITC, and PTAB.
• Manage paper and electronic discovery across all phases and trial prep.
• Prepare for and attend depositions and trials, coordinating logistics.
• Work with e-discovery vendors on databases, loading, tagging, and productions.
• Draft motions and pleadings.
• Bluebook/cite check and assemble exhibits.
• Electronically file briefs or coordinate filing with designated personnel.
• Coordinate service of process and courtesy copies.
• Train and mentor junior paralegals.
