Cooley LLP is seeking a Senior Litigation Paralegal to support litigators across all stages of matters, from inception through discovery, trial, and appeals.

The role emphasizes organizing large document sets, managing case files, and assisting with pleadings, motions, and e-filing in federal and state courts. Strong Bluebook and citation skills are essential, with IP experience a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years of complex litigation paralegal experience.
• IP Litigation experience is a plus.
• Willingness to work overtime, occasionally on short notice.

Responsibilities

• Compile and organize documents for discovery, motions, depositions, hearings, and trial prep.
• Coordinate and manage large document collections.
• Monitor court docket and maintain internal case files.
• Bluebook, cite-check, and proofread filings and memoranda.
• Prepare deposition materials, subpoenas, and organize exhibits.
• Assist with drafting pleadings and e-filing court documents.
