Job summary

Responsibilities

• Drafts and negotiates licensing terms; coordinates with UNT personnel for final execution of agreements.
• Manages a portfolio of technologies, assessing technical and IP factors and market needs.
• Maintains Inteum database for inputting licensing agreements and milestones to ensure compliance.
• Performs other duties as assigned by supervisor.
