Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; JD or paralegal required.
• 8-10 years of experience in law, IP strategy, or technology management with prosecution/IP maintenance expertise.
• Strong project management and governance for IP services.

Responsibilities

• Direct complex, long-term IP projects to meet client schedules and quality requirements.
• Advise senior leadership on high-risk projects and AI/automation initiatives affecting IP.
• Prepare training documentation for IP knowledge management across global teams.
• Coordinate with sales on client reporting and ensure timely escalations to prevent delays.
