Qualifications

• 3–5 years of post-JD experience in patent prosecution and litigation.
• Experience with biotechnology, pharmaceutical, gene therapy, medical device, and digital health patents.
• Admission to practice before the USPTO and in good standing where licensed.

Responsibilities

• Conduct patent prosecution and litigation in life sciences.
• Manage and develop patent portfolios.
• Perform competitive landscape analyses and assess patentability.
• Collaborate with a team of experienced attorneys on complex matters.
