Job summary

BCG Attorney Search seeks an Intellectual Property Senior Associate specializing in Life Sciences for a Denver, CO position. The role focuses on patent prosecution and litigation within a dynamic legal environment.

Ideal candidate has 3–5 years post-JD experience in IP prosecution and litigation, with a background in biotech, pharma, gene therapy, medical devices or digital health. USPTO admission required, bar in CO or other states preferred.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of post-JD experience in patent prosecution and litigation.
• Experience with biotechnology, pharmaceutical, gene therapy, medical device and digital health patents.
• Admission to the USPTO.
• Licensed to practice law and in good standing in MA, NY, CA, CO or DC.

Responsibilities

• Prosecute and litigate patent matters in life sciences.
• Develop and manage patent portfolios for clients.
• Perform competitive landscape analyses and assess patentability.
• Collaborate with a team of experienced attorneys on complex matters.
