Procopio, Cory, Hargreaves & Savitch LLP is seeking a Senior Intellectual Property Assistant to join our IP team in any Procopio office. The role provides prosecution support to IP attorneys and clients, handling filings, office actions, and related documents.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of U.S. IP prosecution experience, strong organizational skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and USPTO systems. A high school diploma is required; an associate or bachelor’s degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• Five+ years of U.S. IP prosecution experience.
• Two+ years of administrative or legal support experience preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and USPTO systems.
• Experience with IP docketing systems is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support U.S. patent prosecution, including filings and responses.
• Prepare docket reports and maintain electronic records.
• Coordinate with foreign associates on international filings.
• Track deadlines and assist with billing processes.
