Job summary

SmartThings in Minneapolis, MN is seeking a Senior Strategic Partnerships Manager for the B2B ST Pro platform. This hybrid role is onsite 3 days a week and reports to the Product & Growth department. You will lead strategic partnerships and onboarding, guiding integration efforts and developer documentation to scale the ecosystem.

You will drive pilot programs, support dashboards, licenses, and collaboration with Product & Engineering, influencing platform functionality and long-term outcomes.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of Pre-Sales Engineering, Partner Management and/or Technical Product Management experience.
• Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field.
• Proven track record of architecting complex B2B technical integrations.
• Advanced verbal and written communication skills; ability to persuade senior management and external executive-level technical stakeholders.
• Recognized internally as a subject matter expert in technical IoT disciplines.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Enterprise Partnerships: Advise on feasibility of complex partnerships; lead technical negotiations and discovery phases.
• Partner Integration Management: Serve as senior integration advisor for strategic partners; implement solutions aligned with partner needs and SmartThings' objectives.
• Architect Onboarding Frameworks: Determine best practices for onboarding System Integrators and OEM partners; create developer docs for scalable partner ecosystem.
