Job summary

Qualifications
- 8+ years of pre-sales engineering, partner management or technical product management.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- Proven track record architecting complex B2B integrations.
- Advanced verbal and written communication; ability to persuade executives.
- Subject-matter expert in technical IoT disciplines.
Responsibilities
- Lead onboarding of strategic partners to SmartThings Pro platform.
- Advise Business Development on complex partnerships and lead technical negotiations.
- Define onboarding frameworks with ST Pro product and engineering.
- Support pilot programs and provide Tier2/3 support for pilots.
- Synthesize market trends into strategic reporting for leadership.
- Collaborate with global teams across time zones.
