Target Corp is seeking a Lead iOS Engineer for its flagship mobile app. You will lead the design, development, and delivery of native iOS features in the Reorder and Buy It Again experience.

You will own architectural decisions, drive end-to-end delivery, and mentor engineers across a cross-functional team. The role requires deep Swift expertise, experience with SwiftUI, UIKit, Swift Concurrency, Xcode, and performance optimization.

Qualifications

• 4 year degree or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of software development experience with at least one full cycle implementation.
• 4+ years of experience developing apps for iOS.
• Deep experience with Swift and modern iOS development (SwiftUI, UIKit, Swift Concurrency, Xcode, Instruments).
• Experience with modular app architecture, testing, observability and code review.

Responsabilités

• Lead design, development, and delivery of native iOS features for Reorder and Buy It Again.
• Own technical designs and architectural decisions balancing guest needs and reliability.
• Drive engineering work from discovery through release and support.
• Coach and mentor engineers to improve code quality and decisions.
• Collaborate with Product, UX, backend and partner teams to deliver cohesive experiences.
• Identify opportunities to improve app architecture, observability, and performance.
