Job summary

Grow Therapy is seeking a Senior Engineering Manager to lead and scale the iOS engineering team. You will own the technical vision, people strategy, and execution for our mobile platform, building consumer-grade experiences for users and providers.

You will partner with Product and Design to shape the roadmap, drive high-quality shipping, and establish scalable mobile architecture across the organization. This role blends mobile craft with product thinking and leadership.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of professional software engineering experience
• 4+ years leading engineering teams and 2+ years managing iOS/mobile-focused teams
• Strong iOS technical depth with Swift, UIKit/SwiftUI
• Track record shipping polished, high-quality mobile experiences at scale
• Product engineering mindset translating user needs into high-performance mobile experiences
• Experience scaling teams during rapid growth while maintaining quality and velocity
• Exceptional communication and cross-functional leadership to influence non-technical stakeholders
• Ownership, speed, scrappiness, resilience, and bias toward action
• Passion for building high-performance teams and developing engineers into leaders

Responsibilities

• Define and own the long-term technical vision and strategy for the iOS platform
• Lead, mentor, and grow a team of 8-9 iOS engineers
• Partner with Product and Design to shape the mobile roadmap
• Drive high-quality, high-velocity shipping with planning and delivery excellence
• Build scalable mobile architecture: app performance, offline capabilities, release management, CI/CD
• Use data to guide decisions and optimize the iOS experience
• Coach engineers on day-to-day challenges and career development
• Foster a welcoming, collaborative team culture with low attrition
• Collaborate with Senior EMs on org-wide initiatives and culture
