Job summary

Hinge is seeking a Senior iOS Engineer to join the Growth product group. You’ll build user-facing features to help more people discover, engage with, and return to Hinge, focusing on onboarding, activation, retention, and premium features.

You’ll collaborate with engineers, product managers, designers, data scientists, and backend teams to ship high-quality mobile experiences, drive user satisfaction, and contribute to product growth.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Swift and UIKit for iOS app development.
• Familiarity with client application architectures such as VIPER, MVVM, MVP.
• Experience building feature-rich apps and strong UI.
• Production support experience.
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Experience with SwiftUI and Swift Concurrency is a plus.
• CI/CD and deployment tools like GitHub Actions, CircleCI, Fastlane, TestFlight is a plus.
• In-app purchases experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead iOS development within Growth product group.
• Design, develop, and refine features for iOS app user experiences.
• Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams to deliver seamless experiences.
• Stay current with Apple platform updates and drive innovation in the app architecture.
• Monitor production issues and ensure reliability of the app.
• Evolve scalable and efficient architecture to support growth.
