We’re seeking a pragmatic, design‑mindful craftsperson who thrives in a high‑agency, fast‑paced startup environment. This critical hire will expand our engineering team and help us build the next generation of our top‑ranked iOS app—redefining strength training while expanding into new verticals such as nutrition and social.

The App

A fitness app dedicated to providing the world’s best strength training plan from the world’s best coaches, every single day. Get movement videos, in‑ear coaching, and precise pacing for every workout, so you can work out more consistently, get stronger, and never have to plan your workouts ever again.

What will you be doing

• Architect, develop, and ship high‑performance iOS features in Swift (SwiftUI/UIKit)
• Build modular, scalable UI systems to accelerate development and maintain app quality
• Partner with design and product to craft best‑in‑class user experiences
• Engage in architectural discussions to improve codebase health and future‑proof features
• Focus on UI‑driven feature development across workouts, nutrition, and social

Your first 30 days

• Get onboarded with the team, codebase, and tools
• Ship your first small UI enhancements or fixes
• Pair with the VP of Eng to learn the design system and release process

Your first 90 days

• Own and ship a new feature end‑to‑end (e.g., shared workouts or AI‑based recommendations)
• Refactor or extend key UI components for performance and scalability
• Contribute to product and design reviews, shaping how the company scales across new verticals
