ARS Treatment Centers is seeking a Lead IOP Counselor to support the Clinical Supervisor and Executive Director in delivering clinical and administrative services for IOP patients and their families. This senior role requires leadership as a working role model among counselors.

The position emphasizes adherence to policy, supervision responsibilities, and collaboration with the treatment team to maintain program standards and patient care.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in psychology, counseling or human services.
• Master’s degree preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years clinical experience, 1 in substance abuse.
• Must be licensed or certified by the applicable state.

Responsibilities

• Assist Clinical Supervisor in auditing new IOP admission charts and ensuring complete assessments.
• Oversee other IOP Counselors and Interns to ensure timely work and policy adherence.
• Provide new hire orientation for IOP staff and interns.
