ARS Treatment Centers in Lancaster, PA is seeking a Lead IOP Counselor to support the Clinical Supervisor and Executive Director in delivering IOP services. This senior role models best practices and ensures clinical and administrative obligations are met across the program.

The position requires a master's degree preference, three years of clinical experience (including substance abuse), and strong computer skills.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in psychology, counseling or human services; Master’s degree preferred.
• Minimum of three years clinical experience, one in substance abuse.
• Proficient in the use of personal computers.

Aufgaben

• Complies with ARS policies and procedures and responds to supervision.
• Maintains IOP patients on caseload; may have MAT patients depending on census.
• Audits new IOP admission charts ensuring complete assessments and documentation.
• Oversees other IOP Counselors and Interns for timely work completion.
• Provides new hire orientation for IOP staff.
• Coordinates clinical supervision and peer reviews for the IOP program.
• Participates in emergency on-call rotation and intake inquiries.
• Attends weekly meetings for caseload consultations and training.
