Job summary

Northern Trust in Chicago seeks a proactive professional to support Private Credit portfolios within Hedge Fund Services. You will handle bank loan trade closing and lifecycle processing, delivering reliable client service in a fast-paced environment.

You will liaise with clients and counterparties, verify and reconcile activities, and help maintain accurate P&L for financial reporting while building strong internal and external relationships.

Responsibilities

• Support multiple clients in a fast-paced environment.
• Liaise with clients, counterparties and agents to close syndicated bank loan trading activity on ClearPar.
• Verify, process and reconcile trading and lifecycle activities.
• Monitor and maintain bank debt positions for accurate P&L reporting.
• Build and strengthen internal and external relationships.
