Qualifications

• Ten years of progressive experience in investor relations, treasury, corporate finance, financial planning and analysis, investment banking, equity research, corporate development, or related discipline.
• Six years of leadership experience managing people, programs, or enterprise-level initiatives.
• Experience supporting public company reporting, earnings processes, board reporting, investor communications, or capital markets activities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with ability to simplify complex financial concepts for diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the company's investor relations strategy.
• Lead preparation for quarterly earnings releases, earnings calls, and investor presentations.
• Collaborate with Finance, Business Planning & Analysis, Legal, Operations, Marketing, and executives to align disclosures and messaging.
• Monitor market trends and investor sentiment to inform senior leadership.
• Provide market intelligence and strategic recommendations for investor engagement opportunities.
• Support debt capital markets activities and investor communications.
• Identify opportunities to improve reporting, transparency, and stakeholder engagement.
• Leverage AI and automation to improve financial reporting and investor communications.
