You’ll work directly with the CEO, CFO and executives to craft investor materials, manage earnings calls, and interact with analysts and institutional investors. A deep background in equity capital markets and real-world asset tokenization is preferred.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of experience in public markets investing, sell-side (equity research or ECM), or corporate IR.
• Strong understanding of equity markets and how investors evaluate companies.
• Proven ability to draft, edit and present investor materials.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute an IR strategy communicating Figure’s financial performance, direction, and market position.
• Drive improvements in shareholder outreach to attract high-quality investors.
• Serve as primary contact for investors, analysts, and financial media; foster relationships.
• Manage relationships with equity research analysts and maintain fair coverage.
• Oversee earnings releases, conference calls, investor presentations, and disclosures in compliance with regulations.
• Monitor market trends and investor sentiment to inform messaging for senior management.
• Leverage blockchain and real-world asset tokenization knowledge to explain initiatives to investors.
• Develop communication strategies to address volatility and crises.
