Job summary

Aurora is seeking a Sr. Analyst, Investor Relations to join our Finance team. You will support quarterly reporting, prepare investor materials, and analyze ownership to inform leadership and investors.

We require a Bachelor's degree and 2+ years in IR or related finance, with strong communication, financial acumen, and discretion with confidential data. The role is hybrid, with annual bonus and equity compensation available.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required.
2+ years in IR, sell-side/buy-side, or corporate finance.
Strong written and verbal communication.
Financial statement literacy and disclosures.
Discretion with confidential information.
Strong organizational skills and detail orientation.
Self-starter with ability to manage priorities.
High ownership and curiosity.

Responsibilities

Support quarterly reporting, shareholder letters, conference call script, investor presentation, and Q&A, plus coordinating logistics.
Prepare executive briefing materials and coordinate investor marketing efforts.
Maintain internal financial consensus model and track sell-side estimates.
Analyze 13-F filings and develop quarterly ownership reports.
Monitor peer results, sell-side research, and market trends.
Maintain IR databases and research library.
