Job summary

Edward Jones is seeking a Product Analyst II in Tempe to support product strategy, analytics, and execution across the lifecycle for funds, ETFs, UITs, and more. You will analyze advisor and client metrics, collaborate with Compliance, Legal, and Operations, and help develop business cases and strategic recommendations.

The role requires a Bachelor's with Series 7 & 66 within 12 months, strong communication, and proficiency in data tools such as Tableau and MS Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; quantitative disciplines preferred.
• Series 7 and Series 66 required within 12 months of hire.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and critical-thinking skills.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with product leaders and team members to support product strategy, development, and execution activities.
• Analyze data, trends, advisor feedback, and business performance metrics to develop actionable insights and recommendations.
• Support product and partner relationships of limited to moderate complexity.
• Assist with business cases, product reviews, competitive analysis, and strategic recommendations.
• Help ensure product literature, communications, and training materials are accurate, effective, and compliant.
• Develop knowledge of assigned product lines, industry trends, and regulatory considerations.
• Collaborate with Compliance, Legal, Operations, Service, Finance, and other stakeholders to support initiatives and resolve issues.
• Lead selected workstreams and process improvement opportunities with guidance from team leadership.
• Maintain reporting, dashboards, and analyses used to measure product performance and adoption.
• Participate in division, firm, and industry initiatives as needed.
