QBE North America is seeking a Senior Investment Operations Analyst in New York. You will partner with global trade desks to manage the trade life cycle, support reconciliations, and ensure data accuracy across multiple geographies.

The role requires hands-on experience with investment systems and strong stakeholder engagement. The position is hybrid in New York, with responsibilities spanning day-to-day operations, controls, and collaboration with internal and external partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5 years in an Investment Operations environment.
• Experience with investment instruments (fixed income, equities, derivatives) and trade matching, settlement, corporate actions.
• Hands-on knowledge of investment systems: BlackRock Aladdin, Simcorp Dimension, Bloomberg, eFront, CTM.

Responsibilities

• Support global trade life cycle across locations and time zones.
• Administer investment systems ensuring data integrity and reconciliations.
• Ensure accurate processing of transactional activity across portfolios and geographies.
• Support internal and external audit processes and controls.
• Engage with stakeholders to identify process improvements.
• Manage relationships with external service providers and data vendors.
