Job summary

Capital Group is seeking an Investment Content Production Lead in Southern California to own the development and production of investment and client-facing materials for a portfolio of funds and strategies.

You will translate investment needs into accurate, compelling content and partner with Sales, Investment Directors, Product Management, Marketing and other teams to drive client conversations and sales opportunities.

Qualifications

• Strong investment knowledge and understanding of investment strategies and products.
• Experience developing investment or client-facing content such as pitch books and attribution reports.
• Ability to translate complex investment concepts into clear content for diverse audiences.
• Strong collaboration across Sales, Investments, Product, Marketing and other partners.
• Excellent attention to detail and sound judgment, with ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Own development and production of investment content for funds and strategies, including pitch books and one-pagers.
• Translate business needs into accurate, compelling content for client conversations and sales opportunities.
• Coordinate with Sales, Investment Directors, Product Management and Marketing to deliver on complex requests.
• Identify opportunities to standardize, simplify and automate production while preserving high-touch customization when needed.
