• Represent the IG/IE team on technology workstreams and help manage the IG/IE technology roadmap.
• Collaborate with HR specialist groups to connect the IG/IE team with the broader HR function.
• Lead by example, fostering collaboration and contributing to the growth and development of the IG/IE HR team.
