Job summary

Callan, a leading independent investment consulting firm, seeks a Vice President for its Defined Contribution Research and Consulting team in a hybrid office/home role. You will support large plan sponsors with DC administration, fees, governance, and compliance while engaging with clients and Callan colleagues.

Responsibilities include data collection, analysis of recordkeeper services and fees, creating deliverables, and mentoring junior analysts. A BA and 7+ years in DC required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required, preferably finance, statistics, mathematics, or related field.
• 7+ years in the DC industry with experience evaluating recordkeepers.

Responsibilities

• Support multiple client projects with Recordkeeper Data Collection and Evaluation.
• Interact with clients and consultants to review recordkeeper services and fees.
• Prepare presentations and reports on laws impacting DC plans.
• Mentor junior analysts and contribute to department enhancements.
• Develop new tools and approaches for compliance consulting and recordkeeper searches.
