Job summary

Callan is seeking a Real Assets Consultant to support institutional investors across real estate, infrastructure, farmland, and timberland. You will manage several client relationships and deliver strategic planning, due diligence, performance evaluation, and research support.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's degree (graduate degree preferred), progress toward CFA/CAIA, and strong communication and collaboration skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; graduate degree preferred.
• CFA or CAIA preferred or progress toward designation.
• Strong communication and relationship-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead or back-up Real Assets consultant for client relationships; drive revenue.
• Deliver strategic planning, due diligence, and plan implementation.
• Monitor portfolios with performance evaluation and ongoing research support.
• Develop expertise in Real Assets segments and contribute to thought leadership.
• Build industry relationships and represent Callan at events.
