Job summary

Callan, a leading independent investment consulting firm, seeks a Real Assets Consultant to support pension plans, endowments, foundations, and other institutional clients. The role emphasizes building trusted client relationships, sophisticated investment knowledge, and strong project management in a hybrid Atlanta/US-office environment.

You will manage multiple client relationships, contribute to research and education, and collaborate with colleagues to deliver top-tier investment consulting

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; graduate degree preferred.
• CFA or CAIA preferred or progress toward one or both designations.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and manage multiple client relationships.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for client interactions.

Responsibilities

• Serve as lead or back-up Real Assets consultant for 3–5 client relationships.
• Deliver thoughtful investment consulting services across Real Assets.
• Develop expertise in Real Assets segments and contribute to research.
• Identify and lead projects to advance firm goals.
• Build and maintain industry relationships and represent Callan externally.
• Collaborate with colleagues and share knowledge within the team.
• Promote a culture of excellence and professional development.
• Uphold Callan’s culture and commitment to exceptional client service.
