Job summary

Orion seeks a Senior Investment Consultant to foster relationships with financial advisors and drive OCIO solutions, including Custom Indexing. The role combines client engagement, technical product knowledge, and collaboration with sales teams to expand Orion's OCIO offerings.

The position requires 25-50% regional travel, a Bachelor's degree, 5+ years of experience, and Series 65 or 7+66 licenses within 90 days. A hybrid work arrangement applies with on-site days at one of our offices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a related role.
• Must obtain Series 65 or Series 7 and 66 licenses within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Travel 25–50% to present to financial advisors and clients.
• Represent Orion and OCIO products to advisors knowledgeably and effectively.
• Educate advisors on Custom Indexing and OCIO offerings.
• Partner with Sales to identify opportunities and maintain relationships.
• Collaborate with Investment team and Marketing on campaigns and product knowledge.
• Support distribution across Orion Wealth Platform and Orion Technology ecosystems.
