Job summary

Orion Advisor Technology, LLC in Philadelphia seeks a Manager, Client Services to lead the client services team, ensure exceptional client satisfaction, and foster growth. You will manage relationships with advisors and clients, coach staff, and drive service standards across departments.

This hybrid role requires on-site presence three days a week at our Philadelphia office, with collaboration across sales, operations, product, and development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field.
• Minimum 3 years in progressive client-facing roles at a high level.
• Experience with financial services clients and advisory relationships.

Responsibilities

• Manage a team of team members, including hiring, training, and developing talent; assigning work; conducting performance appraisals; making salary recommendations; coaching; and administering corrective actions as needed.
• Measure, document, and report performance metrics at the team and individual level.
• Mentor and support team members through instruction, real-time feedback, and modeling effective practices.
• Assess team capacity, monitor workload distribution, and optimize resource utilization to meet objectives.
