Remarkable Ventures Climate (RVC) seeks a Senior Investment Associate to join the investment team in a full-time, in-person capacity in New York. You will source opportunities, perform rigorous analysis of potential investments, and present findings to the investment committee.

You will collaborate on deal execution, manage documentation, and provide ongoing portfolio support, including financial modeling and investor materials, while building relationships across the startup ecosystem and with

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
• 4+ years of venture capital, investing, or related fields.
• Intellectually curious, AI-native self-starter with strong interest in startups, venture capital, and energy transition.
• Strong quantitative, qualitative, and financial analysis skills.
• Ability to produce presentation-ready investment memos, reports, models, and presentations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• PowerPoint or Keynote presentation skills (preferred).
• AI and automation proficiency with proven track record using AI tools, agents, and automation workflows for market mapping, investment analysis, and data-driven research.
• Familiarity with AI infrastructure (preferred).
• Experience investing in energy, grid and data center technologies, infrastructure, or physical AI (preferred).
• Energy transition investing experience (preferred).

Mansioni

• Source and meet with founders of prospective portfolio companies through networking and research to identify investment opportunities.
• Analyze potential investments by reviewing financial statements, competitive positioning, customer and founder reference calls, product demonstrations, and technical architecture.
• Prepare and present investment analysis findings to the investment committee to inform decision-making.
• Support deal execution by working with founders, legal counsel, and the investment team to close deals and manage investment documentation.
• Engage in deal term discussions and negotiations with founders and legal representatives.
• Track portfolio company performance and monitor performance reporting materials.
• Review and analyze board decks from portfolio companies.
• Provide financial modeling assistance to portfolio companies.
• Support portfolio companies in developing and refining investor presentations and related materials.
• Create and maintain relationships with founders, investors, and members of the startup ecosystem.
• Attend industry conferences, speaking engagements, pitch competitions, and demo days to build and strengthen ecosystem relationships.
