Job summary

Remarkable Ventures Climate (RVC) is seeking a Senior Investment Associate to join our energy‑transition focused team, investing in early‑stage companies with bold founders. The role combines sourcing, due diligence, and portfolio support to accelerate the transition.

You will lead investment analysis, coordinate with legal and the investment team through deal execution, and contribute to strategic insights and investor communications. This is a full‑time, in‑person position based in New York.

Qualifications

4 years of relevant experience in venture capital, investment banking, private equity, growth equity, or a high-growth startup.
Prior exposure to energy, climate, or infrastructure investing is a strong plus.
Bachelor’s degree required; technical or quantitative backgrounds welcome.

Responsibilities

Sourcing: identify and engage founders in relevant sectors and build a robust pipeline.
Investment analysis: lead due diligence across financial, technical, and market dimensions.
Deal execution: manage the full deal process through closing, including docs.
Portfolio reporting: track performance and review board decks.
Portfolio support: provide strategic insights and financial modeling.
Networking: build relationships with founders, investors, and ecosystem.
