Qualifications

• 3-7 years of experience in private equity, venture capital, investment banking, consulting, corporate development, real estate investments, or a related field.
• Strong financial modeling, valuation, and analytical skills.
• Hands-on experience building AI workflows, agents, or AI-powered tools.

Responsibilities

• Source, evaluate, and screen investment opportunities across PE, VC, real estate, and special situations.
• Build financial models, valuation analyses, and underwriting materials leveraging AI tools.
• Prepare investment memoranda, presentations, and recommendations for internal review.
• Coordinate with attorneys, lenders, consultants, and transaction counterparties throughout the deal process.
• Monitor portfolio performance and support strategic initiatives across AI adoption.
