Job summary

PNC is seeking a senior Business Analytics Lead within its Investment Data and Innovation group. The role is based in multiple city options including Cleveland, OH. You will drive a centralized data warehouse, governance, pipelines and analytics products to empower data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities include leading architecture, data modeling, APIs, and dashboards using Tableau/Power BI, while partner teams migrate to modern data platforms and AI/ML capabilities.

Qualifications

• Experience in Investment Management, Asset Management, Wealth Management, or Financial Services.
• Deep understanding of the full investment lifecycle including research, due diligence, portfolio management, performance measurement, risk management, reporting, and data governance.
• Proven track record designing, implementing, and managing enterprise-scale data warehouses and investment data platforms.
• Oracle Database Management and Oracle-based data warehousing experience.
• Big data technologies such as Hadoop, Teradata, Trino, Apache Iceberg or similar.
• Data Domain Management, master data management, metadata management, and enterprise data governance.
• API development, integration frameworks, and data services.
• Hands-on with SQL, Python, PySpark, Java, or ETL/ELT development.
• Experience with AI/ML, Generative AI, and LLMs.
• Dashboards/analytics apps using Tableau, Power BI, Angular or similar front-end tech.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and executive communication skills.
• Leadership and stakeholder management capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead the analytics processes across multiple functions or business units with complex analytical tools.
• Mentor junior employees and guide tool/strategy implementation.
• Lead development of analytic approaches and support development/enhancements.
• Conceive, develop and optimize analytical solutions for data-driven decision making.
• Lead analysis of results and present strategic recommendations to senior management.
