Qualifications

• 3+ years of analytics, BI, data engineering or data management experience.
• Strong SQL skills with MS SQL Server, Teradata, Oracle, Hadoop/Impala.
• Tableau data modeling and reporting experience.
• Experience with Python for database connectivity and extract automation.
• Excellent communication and analytical reasoning skills.

Responsibilities

• Own, enhance, and maintain data pipelines powering Tableau data sources and dashboards.
• Run, analyze, troubleshoot, and optimize SQL across multiple platforms (MS SQL Server, Teradata, Oracle, Impala/Hadoop).
• Use Python libraries to connect to databases and generate Tableau Hyper extracts.
• Support Tableau Server data sources, extracts, permissions, and performance tuning.
• Develop and optimize Tableau data models, including relational structures.
• Partner with stakeholders to translate requirements into analytics solutions.
• Serve as SME for lending data, KPIs, and reporting structures.
