Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in investment management, FP&A, or related analytics.
• Strong forecasting, performance reporting and FP&A capabilities.
• Ability to translate portfolio activity into financial performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead forecasting and analysis of investment performance, including actuals vs plan and forecast.
• Develop understanding of portfolio performance across products and alternative investments.
• Own driver-based forecasting models incorporating deployment and reinvestment activity, yields, spreads, prepayments, credit trends, and non-recurring items.
• Create actual-to-forecast bridges and variance analysis to explain earnings changes.
• Collaborate with investment and finance teams to investigate earnings volatility and non-recurring items.
• Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for senior leadership.
• Prepare and present analysis for senior finance leadership and board-level reporting.
• Partner across finance, investment, and operational teams to connect portfolio activity with financial performance.
• Utilize AI, automation, and advanced analytics to streamline workflows and improve forecasting.
