Base pay range

$100,000.00/yr - $120,000.00/yr

Location: New York, NY (On-Site)

Compensation: $100K–$120K base + generous bonus

We’re representing a global real estate private equity platform that’s growing its investment team. The Senior Investment Analyst will join a high-performing team at the center of the firm’s deal activity, providing critical support in evaluating, underwriting, and managing investments. You’ll gain direct exposure to senior management, complex global transactions, and high-value real estate assets.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and report on the financial performance of existing investments
• Collaborate with senior management and portfolio leadership to develop investment strategies and valuations
• Assist in underwriting potential acquisitions, recapitalizations, and disposition transactions
• Develop in-depth working knowledge of assets, including leasing, budgeting, reforecasting, and waterfall structures
• Prepare detailed financial models and sensitivity analyses
• Complete additional strategic projects as required
• Conduct domestic and international travel to inspect target assets and markets

Requirements:

• 2 years in private equity, investment banking, or a related financial field
• Strong deal execution, financial modeling, and investment analysis skills
• Bachelor’s degree from a top undergraduate business program, ideally with a concentration in finance, economics, or real estate
• Advanced Excel proficiency; experience with Argus, research databases, and valuation tools preferred
