I'm partnering with a rapidly growing Investment Bank that is looking to hire a Capital Markets Analyst. This role is based in New York, offering a fully remote arrangement.

Note: For this role the client is not able to sponsor a visa sponsorship

Role & Responsibilities:

• Support debt origination and issuer marketing efforts, working closely with senior bankers.
• Act as a liaison between syndicate desks and investors, assisting in deal execution.
• Conduct market research and financial analysis to support debt issuance strategies.
• Work across a variety of debt products, including unsecured debt, ABS, preferred stock, and other structured transactions.
• Assist in structuring and pricing new debt issues, preparing client materials, and tracking market trends.

Qualifications:

• 1-3 years of experience in investment banking, capital markets, or a related field.
• Strong financial modeling, valuation, and market analysis skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
