• Brokerage industry experience required.
• Licenses: Series 7 and 66 (or 63 and 65) and state insurance licenses; Variable Annuity license required.
• Motivated by commission sales and internal sales competition.
• Ability to motivate others and transfer knowledge via coaching.
• Proven ability to build internal and external client relationships.
• Strong knowledge of securities, investment products and financial solutions.
• Strong sales and presentation skills.
• Travel within assigned territory.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales goals while serving clients' best interests.
• Plan and conduct coaching sessions for retail bank employees.
