You will oversee outsourced investment accounting, valuation and performance reporting, review data for accuracy, support audits and tax reporting, and drive process improvements using Excel and Power BI. Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
CPA and/or CFA preferred.
5+ years of experience in investment accounting, performance, or investment operations.
Strong experience with alternative investments (PE, VC, RE, hedge funds).
Advanced Excel; Power BI experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

Oversee outsourced investment administration, including accounting, processing, valuations and performance reporting.
Review investment accounting and performance data for accuracy.
Monitor investment-related cash activity, reconciliations, transfers, and portfolio operations.
Partner with custodians, investment advisers, and administrators.
Review financial statements and support quarterly reporting.
Support annual audit, tax reporting, K-1s, 1099s.
Identify opportunities to improve processes.
Leverage emerging technologies to improve efficiency.
