Daley And Associates, LLC, a private family office, seeks a Manager of Investment Accounting & Performance in Coral Gables, FL to oversee accounting, performance reporting, portfolio operations, and cash activity for a diverse investment portfolio.

The role partners with custodians, advisors, and external administrators; requires 5+ years in accounting/investment operations, experience with open/closed-end funds and SMAs, strong Excel and Power BI skills, and meticulous attention to detail.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in accounting, investment performance, and/or investment operations.
• Strong experience with alternative investments including open- and closed-end funds and SMAs.
• Strong understanding of investment transactions, valuations, accounting, and performance reporting.
• Highly organized with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Strong judgment, professionalism, and discretion.
• Proactive, hands-on approach in a small, collaborative environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint; Power BI is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee investment-related activities performed by outsourced administrator, ensuring transactions, valuations, and performance data are accurate and timely.
• Review investment accounting and performance reporting across a diverse portfolio of alternative investments.
• Monitor investment performance calculations and review investment fund financial statements.
• Oversee investment-related cash activity, reconciliations, asset transfers, and account openings/closures.
• Partner with custodians, investment advisors, and external service providers on portfolio operations.
• Participate in quarterly and ad-hoc meetings with outside investment advisors.
• Support the annual audit and oversee collection and organization of tax documents, including K-1s and 1099s.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, reporting, systems, and controls.
• Leverage data analytics, financial systems, automation, and emerging technologies to improve efficiency and scalability.
