Job summary

Chobani is seeking a Senior Manager of Inventory & Supply Planning to own end-to-end supply planning across DTC and retail channels, bridging operations, finance and commercial teams to ensure timely delivery with lot integrity.

You will forecast, build supply plans, manage 3PL performance, optimize inventory and coordinate with co-manufacturers and marketing on launches and promotions. Strong ERP experience, especially NetSuite, and Excel/BI skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain, operations, business, or related field.
• 7–10 years in supply chain planning, inventory management, or operations in food/CPG.
• ERP experience required; NetSuite strongly preferred.
• Strong understanding of lot traceability, shelf life, and food safety in inventory planning.
• Experience building allocation plans across a multi-node distribution network.
• Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment where processes are being built.
• Advanced Excel or Google Sheets proficiency; BI tools a plus.
• Excellent cross-functional communication with marketing, finance and ops.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end supply planning and production scheduling.
• Prepare monthly and quarterly production forecasts with partners.
• Contribute to S&OP cadence and surface supply risks.
• Manage inventory with lot-level traceability and weekly KPI reporting.
• Build weekly 3PL allocation plans balancing service levels and shelf life.
• Coordinate STOs and inventory receipts in NetSuite.
