Job summary

Chobani is seeking a Retail Sales & Execution Specialist to lead store-level activity and ensure One Chobani products are highly available and well merchandised. You will drive in-store presence, manage PODs, stock, and POS placement across assigned stores, and collaborate with store personnel to maximize visibility.

The role requires strong communication, the ability to work independently in stores, and willingness to travel occasionally.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Experience in retail sales, field execution, DSD, merchandising (grocery, beverage, dairy, or CPG) preferred.
Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
Comfort working independently in stores and in a structured route.
Ability to lift and build displays (30+ lbs) and manage inventory.

Responsibilities

Drive in-store presence through placement and execution of displays and POS materials.
Merchandise and maintain permanent and home-location displays to company standards.
Ensure product availability across ambient and refrigerated placements.
Maintain backroom inventory and supply to support store demand.
Influence store ordering and place incremental orders for SKUs.
Build relationships with store personnel to boost visibility and execution.
Execute national, regional, and local promotions per standards.
Deliver One Chobani brand presence and operating excellence at retail.
Use data to identify opportunities and develop selling narratives.
Serve as One Chobani ambassador with consumers and partners.
