Job summary

Chobani is seeking an in-store Retail Sales & Execution Specialist to lead all activity in assigned territory. You will drive presence, merchandising, and stock across stores, securing displays and POS, while collaborating with store teams to maximize One Chobani visibility.

You will manage orders, execute promotions, and leverage data to uncover opportunities, acting as the brand ambassador for One Chobani at retail locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• Retail sales, field execution or merchandising experience preferred.
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills essential.
• Ability to lift and build displays (30+ lbs).
• Comfort working independently in stores and travelling as needed.

Responsibilities

• Drive in-store presence through placement, merchandising and execution of displays.
• Maintain permanent and home-location displays to company standards.
• Ensure product availability across ambient and refrigerated placements.
• Manage backroom inventory and inventory levels.
• Influence store orders and place incremental DSD-delivered SKUs.
• Build relationships with store personnel to drive visibility and execution.
• Execute promotional programs to established standards.
• Place and manage POS materials and displays.
• Use data to identify opportunities and develop selling narratives.
• Act as One Chobani brand ambassador with consumers and partners.
