Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to the Inventory Performance Managers and guide strategic initiatives.
• Monitor service levels and inventory alignment across geographies and customer segments.
• Lead demand forecasting and capacity planning in partnership with stakeholders.
• Oversee aging/obsolete inventory and reduction strategies across sites.
• Collaborate with Operations, Sales and Finance to optimize working capital and service levels.
